Mexican Sunlight

While in Mexico, I kept an eye open for Karen's Sunlit Sunday party.
Some things just jump right out at you, like this pretty pink flower backlit by the sun.
Other things you don't want jumping out at you such as an iguana sunning himself on a rock.
Is there some sunlight in your life you want to share?  Join us at My Little Home and Garden for Sunlit Sunday.

Tropical gardens are gorgeous. Such a beautiful pink flower. No, I wouldn't want the iguana jumping out either. He looks happy to pose for you!

I'd certainly like a little of that Mexican sunshine and warmth. I love the smell of a Mexican resort - a mix of salt, coconut oil and spicy food. Take me away - vamanos!

Iguanas do like sunning don't they. When I come upon one I don't know who is more scared ... me or he ...

Beautiful bloom. I always admire what South of us manages to have. I guess we all have garden envy.

How lovely to see flowers in January. It kind of looks like it could be in the canna family.
It's lovely and sunny this morning, but a Colorado Low storm system is moving in on Monday.

Thanks for bringing some color into my day. That's a beautiful flower.
My daughter and her husband had a pet iguana once. I didn't like it much.
I hope you are having a sunny Sunday! We are having freezing rain.
